Refund policy
At 3 Eighteen, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a store credit. For all returns we issue store credit only and the following rules apply:
- To start a return, you must contact us at www.3-eighteen.com/pages/contact. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 11469 Olive Blvd Suite 1216 Creve Coeur, MO 63141
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt(delivery date).
- Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
- Items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.
- 3 Eighteen reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers.
