Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can also find your shipping details by logging into your account. Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped these events may occur.
If your package has been confirmed via UPS delivered and you did not receive it, or if it is damaged, then you must file a claim with UPS as we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
